Say Goodbye to 0800

According to Ofcom in 2010 people will be making more calls on their mobile than ever before,which means that  more calls will be made via mobiles than landlines for the first time in history.

The problem today is with 0800 numbers they are not free from mobiles but only landlines and can cost you 20 pence per minute from your mobile. So what to do. Well many companies now are switching from the 0800 number to the 03 numbers.

03 numbers cost the same to call as a land line number and are included in your mobiles free minutes. This is why the 03 number is now becoming more popular than the good old 0800 numbers.

If you are a company that has on 0800 number then you should look at changing to 03 as they are also much cheaper to run than 0800 numbers in fact they are around 90% cheaper.
